Well for 4 months it was a breeze. 6pm bed time and wake between 4-6am would go back to sleep for an hour after a feed then up at 7am to start the day. Would nap at 9:30 for 2 hours then nap at 2ish between half an hr to an hour. ATM it’s not to good the last few weeks have been off and on, he still naps during the day and goes to be at 6pm but the night wakings are more frequent now! It’s called the 4-6 month sleep regression, at the start I thought it was just teething but I knew it wasn’t just that. So Iv have been doing lots of research on this sleep regression stage, some mothers say it’s the worst stage ever hahah but it to shall pass. I’m defiantly not usto being sleep deprived at all, this is new to me!
